Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end paid media channels to translate client business objectives into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPI targets.
  • Perform daily management of ad spend and pacing to ensure budget adherence.
  • Work closely with internal creative strategy partners to request and provide feedback on ad creatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret data across platforms to evaluate campaign performance and impact.
  • Generate performance reports and present critical insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of evolving platform features, updates, and trends in social and search advertising.
  • Provide client-facing performance and insight updates across account portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social or search media buying, with expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large budgets across campaigns and platforms.
  • Ability to drive creative strategy on paid channels and manage the development of creative and content pipelines.
  • Familiarity with creative best practices on Meta and YouTube, including image, video, and copy requirements.
  • Proficient in multi-channel attribution and tracking across paid media platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity or experience with other paid channels such as TikTok, Apple Search, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
