In this role, you will develop and lead the execution of integrated brand media strategies and plans to meet business and marketing KPIs across the US. You will oversee and collaborate with media agency partners to initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute media strategies and plans. Your responsibilities will include driving marketing initiatives through a multi-channel, holistic media strategy that encompasses both digital and traditional offline channels. You will implement best-in-class media planning and buying practices for campaigns across all paid media channels, while also driving innovation by cultivating and maintaining relationships with industry publishers and agency partners to stay updated on industry trends. Analyzing the effectiveness of media campaigns will be crucial to optimize spend and performance, drawing insights, and communicating data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team's goals. Additionally, you will work with internal and external partners to develop strategies and go-to-market plans that drive desired business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of integrated brand media strategies and plans to meet business and marketing KPIs across the US.

  • Drive marketing initiatives by leveraging a multi-channel, holistic media strategy, including digital and traditional offline channels.

  • Drive innovation by cultivating and maintaining relationships with industry publishers and agency partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to optimize spend and performance, draw insights, and communicate data-driven, actionable takeaways that support the marketing team's goals.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop strategies and go-to-market plans that drive desired business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
  • Experience on the brand side and/or with a top media agency in a fast-paced tech, entertainment, or culture brand company.
  • Proven experience in integrated media planning with a track record of executing successful campaigns across all channels.
  • Strong project management skills, experience with campaign planning cycles, and managing large budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage successful campaigns, including planning, testing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot in real-time with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and varying phases of a campaign in a matrixed environment.
  • Understanding of the full funnel of consumer marketing, including Owned, Earned, and Paid strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in Gmail, and Google products. Additionally Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel.
