About the position

The Paid Media Manager, App at Realtor.com® is responsible for optimizing and expanding the app's audience and revenue through strategic paid media initiatives. This role involves collaboration with data science and product marketing teams to enhance ad performance, drive app growth, and implement innovative marketing strategies that maximize user engagement and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize core ad platforms including Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and Meta bidding strategies.
  • Drive app growth by identifying and activating new performance channels.
  • Propel app acquisition and engagement through strategic, data-led experimentation.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to inspire collaboration and unify marketing efforts.
  • Create innovative, full-funnel marketing strategies that redefine app marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Partner with creative teams to design growth-driven marketing strategies.
  • Build and refine processes to streamline efficiencies across campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience managing and optimizing paid media channels.
  • Proven success in impacting business outcomes, particularly in app marketing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Expertise in app and performance media metrics such as CPI, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Experience in developing seamless consumer journeys through collaboration with various teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills for presenting ideas to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Mobile DSPs and Appsflyer or other MMPs.
