About the position

The Paid Media Manager (Buyer) will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at maximizing brand exposure, engagement, and conversions across various platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Performance Max. This role involves managing substantial monthly budgets, optimizing spending efficiency, and driving return on investment (ROI) through data-driven audience targeting and advanced advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Manage monthly budgets exceeding $200,000 on Meta and Google, focusing on optimizing spending efficiency.
  • Leverage understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem to architect and fine-tune high-performance campaigns.
  • Implement advanced Google Ads strategies, including Search, Display, and Video, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize expertise in data-driven audience targeting to deliver tailored ads to specific customer segments.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, placements, and targeting parameters.
  • Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and create data-driven reports for strategy optimization.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to ensure messaging and branding integration across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to recommend new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in paid media management, particularly with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of full funnel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC, and consumer brand marketing trends.
  • Proven track record of managing substantial monthly budgets exceeding $200,000 on Meta and Google platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of Meta's targeting options and campaign structures.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in supplement-based subscription business is a plus.
