About the position

The Paid Media Manager (PMM) role at Incubeta is a key position within the US Paid Media team, responsible for advising clients, implementing strategies across various platforms, and managing a team of specialists. The PMM will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimize media strategies, achieve KPIs, and ensure the professional development of team members. This role requires a proactive approach to performance marketing and strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Director on leading Paid Search and Paid Social strategies for clients.
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for strategic initiatives, including campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Attend client meetings to translate business requirements into actionable steps for the agency.
  • Increase revenue for existing clients through media performance and new product introductions.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize strategies while training junior team members.
  • Perform daily quality checks on junior team members' work and suggest corrective measures as needed.
  • Provide clients with timely and actionable insights, either personally or through team members.
  • Evaluate data to identify performance changes and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with reporting discrepancies and tracking issues.
  • Act as technical support for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to presentations and present relevant portions during client reviews and strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize upskilling on all channels to support clients' media strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and conduct bi-annual appraisals for direct reports to evaluate performance and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to check on KPI progress and workload.
  • Guide team members to stimulate individual productivity and development.
  • Track team knowledge levels and work with the Paid Media Director to find training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Paid Search/Paid Social specialist.
  • Google Ads certifications (any).
  • Search Ads 360 certification.
  • Meta Blueprint (Media Buying/Media Planning) certification.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing with a focus on sales/lead conversion and omni-channel acquisition.
  • Experience working directly with clients and commercial teams.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with measurement plans and tracking.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Amazon DSP is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets/Docs/Slides.

Nice-to-haves

  • LinkedIn Certified Marketer (Marketing Strategy) certification.
  • Completion of TikTok for Business Modules.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
