About the position

Our client is a full-service digital agency looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their team! In this role, you will work with retail and ecommerce brands overseeing campaigns across various channels and ensuring the successful execution of all digital marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for driving the agency's digital marketing efforts and requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results. As a Paid Media Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, display, and email. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives. In addition to managing campaigns, you will analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous refinement and improvement of internal processes will be part of your responsibilities to drive team efficiency and performance. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Solid background in digital marketing in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
