Market My Market is a digital marketing agency dedicated to creating meaningful results for our clients. We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who will play a crucial role in enhancing our agency's digital marketing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns, particularly on Google Ads, and will be responsible for driving ROI and developing creative campaigns to maximize performance. Our team consists of former in-house experts who emphasize unique and creative marketing strategies tailored to each client. In this position, you will strategically manage and optimize paid social media and Google advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is essential in driving the success of our clients' marketing efforts by supplementing our robust organic SEO strategies with targeted paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance channel management across paid digital media channels (PPC and paid social), working closely with our clients and internal teams to lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media. Your responsibilities will include everything from campaign setups to execution and reporting, ensuring that we meet our clients' objectives and maximize their return on investment. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to leadership. Effective budget management will be key, as you will allocate budgets to improve efficiency and achieve company objectives. Staying abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms will allow you to recommend innovative strategies. Collaboration with the content team will be necessary to develop and execute organic social media strategies that complement and enhance paid media campaigns. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance and drive innovation in our paid media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid social media and Google advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media, overseeing campaign setups, execution, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets to improve budget efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Implement budget tracking and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Conduct thorough competitive research of products, markets, services, and current competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute organic social media strategies that complement paid media campaigns.
  • Support the growth of client accounts by implementing organic social media tactics when needed.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance and enhance targeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with organic social media management to complement paid media efforts.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, paid social, and organic social media management.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and techniques for optimizing campaign performance and enhancing audience targeting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and maximizing ROI.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and communication tools, such as Asana, Slack, HubSpot, and G Suite, is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to change.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
