About the position

The Revenue Marketing team is at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and data science, directly impacting Nextiva's business. The Paid Media Manager will develop and execute best-in-class paid advertising strategies to grow and shape the strategic direction of Nextiva's paid media program, meeting ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, independent, and data-driven, with a proven track record in managing B2B paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and execute an effective strategy for paid media advertising, including bid management and creative testing.
  • Discover and capture new growth opportunities in Paid Media based on data analysis.
  • Identify new advertising channel opportunities and update strategies based on developments in the paid media landscape.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment of paid media strategy with company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage the full paid media budget, including monthly forecasting and profitability.
  • Collaborate on strategy for paid media landing page A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Own paid media ad creative testing to drive performance.
  • Assess campaign performance and drive insights for optimization and growth.
  • Continuously optimize bid strategies and A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of paid campaigns in partnership with various teams.
  • Deliver reports and insights that measure channel performance accurately.
  • Ensure best practices and innovation in all paid media activities.
  • Evaluate and test new paid advertising vendors, tools, and platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the marketing team, vendors, and agency partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS paid media experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid financial management and analytical skills for optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns against aggressive ROI and growth goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven track record of delivering business impact through SEM campaign optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build business and creative competencies.
  • Significant paid media experience in a competitive industry.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Supermetrics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, engineering, or business preferred.
