About the position

The Paid Media Manager (PMM) role is a key position within the US Paid Media team at Incubeta, focusing on performance marketing. The PMM will report to the Paid Media Director and manage a team of Paid Media Optimization Specialists. This role involves advising clients, implementing strategies across various platforms, and ensuring the achievement of team and client KPIs. The PMM will also be responsible for training and developing team members, attending client meetings, and collaborating on cross-channel media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day client contact on all strategic initiatives, including campaign optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Director on leading Paid Search and Paid Social strategies for clients to deliver on KPIs.
  • Attend meetings with clients to translate business requirements into actionable steps for the agency.
  • Increase revenue of existing clients through media performance and introduction of new products and services.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize strategies while training junior team members.
  • Perform daily checks on the quality of junior team members' work and suggest corrective measures where needed.
  • Ensure clients receive relevant, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate data to identify changes in performance and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Assist the team with reporting discrepancies and tracking issues.
  • Act as technical support internally and externally as needed.
  • Contribute to presentations and present relevant portions in these presentations.
  • Prepare and conduct bi-annual appraisals for direct reports to evaluate performance and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to check on KPI progress and workload.
  • Guide team members to stimulate individual productivity and development.

Requirements

  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Paid Search/Paid Social specialist.
  • Google Ads certifications (any).
  • Search Ads 360 certification.
  • Meta Blueprint (Media Buying/Media Planning) certification.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, yielding results for clients' investments.
  • Experience working directly with clients and commercial teams.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with measurement plans and tracking.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Amazon DSP is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software.

Nice-to-haves

  • LinkedIn Certified Marketer (Marketing Strategy) certification.
  • Proof of completion of TikTok for Business Modules.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
