About the position

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns primarily in the US market, with additional support for the UK, Canada, and Australia. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising and data analysis to drive results through effective paid media initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital acquisition programs in partnership with the Senior Director and Media Agency.
  • Produce and manage campaign calendars, adjusting based on performance data.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all paid channels, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage digital marketing spend efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
  • Provide comprehensive performance reports to Senior Director and CMO with actionable insights.
  • Support alignment of best practices across existing and new markets for campaign execution.
  • Implement an experimental approach to testing new ad formats and audience segments.
  • Partner with marketing to amplify content through paid and owned channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Paid Media experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies
  • Creative skills for ad copy and asset creation
  • Excellent organizational skills for project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
