About the position

The Paid Media Manager position at SHI International Corp. is designed to develop and manage the effectiveness and execution of the company's digital marketing programs, particularly focusing on cobranded campaigns with partners. The role is pivotal in measuring success through various metrics, including the overall increase in the effectiveness of partner digital marketing campaigns, timely feedback and optimization of those campaigns, and the amount of actionable traffic generated for SHI's website. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, ensuring that their value is communicated effectively to SHI. In this role, the Paid Media Manager will collaborate closely with internal digital partner marketing managers, the growth marketing team, the partner marketing team, and external resources to execute digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness. A significant aspect of the job involves showcasing the overall results of marketing campaigns by building comprehensive reports in conjunction with the business insights team. This position is part of the SHI Marketing Team and is structured as a remote position, allowing for a home office setup as determined by SHI management. Responsibilities

  • Set campaign goals for Growth campaigns and include a project brief meeting and document outlining the scope of work, campaign goals, and optimization timelines.
  • Review previous campaign results for similar programs to design optimizations to test in the future.
  • Test new ideas using A/B testing in ads and landing pages and provide measured results to showcase where improvements have been made.
  • Increase conversions through improved quality of deliverables, including SEO optimization of brand pages, high-quality ads, and strong messaging.
  • Manage the efforts of an extended campaign team (both social media, creative design, and partner managers) and own the reporting and optimization of campaigns.
  • Collect and share the qualitative and quantitative data back to the organization with Business Insights Team to determine and develop required reports and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Analyze the data of partner campaigns to provide opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with a larger Partner Marketing Team to develop new programs and improve all partner digital marketing offerings/programs.
  • Perform digital platforms research and recommendations by exploring, reviewing, and testing new and exciting digital marketing tactics and platforms.
  • Offer a strategic approach in communicating programs available to SHI while providing options that meet MDF budgets and acceptable delivery timelines.
  • Teach our marketing offerings to internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant work experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing for an agency or client-side marketing team
  • 3 years of experience managing both internal and external resources of writing, design, and development
  • 3 years of experience owning and executing B2B partner GTM tactics
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns through digital marketing channels
  • 3 years of experience with creating, coordinating, and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • 3 years of direct experience with content creation and coordination of graphic design deliverables
  • Experience with SEO
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Strong project management and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding SEO/SEM optimization for Google, Bing, online advertising, and social media ads.
