About the position

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns for retail and ecommerce brands within a full-service digital agency. This role focuses on ensuring the successful execution of various digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, while also fostering strong client relationships and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Solid background in digital marketing in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams
  • Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
