About the position

The Paid Media Marketing Manager at The Honest Company is responsible for driving traffic and customer acquisition through innovative paid media strategies across various channels. This role involves developing and optimizing ad campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication of marketing objectives. The manager will focus on maximizing media efficiency while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ads across all paid media channels including Streaming, Paid Social, OLV, Content Partnerships, Display, Paid Search & Affiliate to meet various KPIs.
  • Lead ongoing testing and optimization across channels, managing internal feedback loops.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategies and campaigns that drive profitable sales and revenue.
  • Assist with yearly and quarterly budget planning to develop effective media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to request, compile, and create assets for all areas of the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure timely communication of sales, promotions, and campaign launches to external agencies.
  • Research and develop relevant, on-trend content that generates high engagement and CTR.
  • Work with the affiliate agency to develop and execute new tests and strategies to grow the channel while maintaining ROI.
  • Ideate and shoot UGC-style content for paid social campaigns when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing for an e-commerce or CPG company
  • Proven track record of running full funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, increase traffic, and drive conversion
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends, and competitive positioning
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
