About the position

The Paid Media Marketing Manager at The Honest Company is responsible for developing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels to drive traffic and customer acquisition. This role involves executing innovative content strategies, managing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ads across all paid media channels including Streaming, Paid Social, OLV, Content Partnerships, Display, Paid Search & Affiliate.
  • Lead ongoing testing and optimization across channels, including paid search copy, image assets, video content, audience segmentation, and landing pages.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and campaigns that drive profitable sales and revenue.
  • Assist with yearly and quarterly budget planning to develop the right media strategy for optimal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to request, compile, and create assets for all areas of the funnel.
  • Ensure timely communication of sales, promotions, campaign launches, and business objectives to external agencies.
  • Research and develop relevant, on-trend content that generates high engagement and CTR.
  • Work with the affiliate agency to develop and execute new tests, partners, and strategies to grow the channel while maintaining ROI.
  • Ideate and shoot UGC-style content for paid social campaigns when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, and/or digital marketing for an e-commerce or CPG company
  • Proven track record of running full funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, increase traffic, and drive conversion
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends, and competitive positioning
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
