About the position

UPLIFT Desk is hiring a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to drive digital acquisition and retention marketing primarily within Meta (Facebook, Instagram) as well as exploration of other relevant channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Youtube, and TikTok. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives on behalf of our growing brand and established presence online. This will include driving campaign strategy and planning by developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our paid media platforms aligned with overall marketing objectives. This includes audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling. It will also require oversight of campaign execution, managing end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, targeting, and placement optimization across our platforms to ensure that all campaigns are launched accurately and on time. The role is ideal for someone who is experienced, proactive, data-driven with a creative eye, a great communicator, and willing to go the extra mile. Success in this role will require 3+ years of experience managing and leading digital performance marketing and campaign execution, strong acumen of eCommerce analytics, and a desire to continuously test and scale new tactics to improve efficiency. You will work closely with the marketing campaign team, including search, email, social, affiliate, content, and platform media partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital performance marketing on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter, focused on customer acquisition and repurchase.
  • Partner day to day with a campaign marketing lead and search specialist to create, execute, analyze and optimize performance of our holistic paid campaigns.
  • Support an agile marketing process by leading rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative and incentives to build scalable solutions.
  • Develop & deliver effective ways to reach our audience and improve our marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing functions to drive a great online customer experience (integrated marketing, product marketing, design, content and customer support).
  • Inform performance marketing budget setting & program allocation to meet targets.
  • Support colleagues on Google ads, display ads, amazon ads, and miscellaneous shopping platforms.
  • Develop and scale always-on paid media creative reporting, using data to guide optimizations and weekly requests.
  • Spearhead new customer acquisition strategies, using data to identify new opportunities, channel forecasts and incremental gains.
  • Manage paid media partner relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience guiding, managing, analyzing & optimizing performance marketing channels against return on ad spend goals.
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets across major digital platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Spreadsheet mastery of pivot tables and performance trend graphs.
  • Ability to import and export data between platforms such as Google Ads, CRM software, analytics tools, and Facebook Ads.
  • Experience drafting creative briefs grounded in ad performance data and customer-centric marketing strategies, and partnering with design teams to execute and regularly review creative performance.
  • Fantastic team player to execute in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to multitask and prioritize initiatives.
  • Growth-driven mindset with demonstrated proficiency in new customer acquisition tactics.

  • Relevant experience in eCommerce, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods.
