Responsibilities

  • Manage all programmatic and biddable media campaigns within the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Ideate media strategy and manage a robust portfolio within existing programmatic and digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for strategy refinement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for programmatic campaigns to increase return on investment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Ensure seamless integration of programmatic campaigns with other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the media team and wider marketing teams to align on performance trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid media experience required, with at least 2 years of programmatic experience.
  • Hands-on experience within a DSP, preferably the GMP (DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360, GA).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of 3rd party tracking, serving, trafficking, and attribution technologies.
  • Ability to assess new opportunities and make data-driven decisions for media performance improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics.
  • Experience in developing processes and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with website development and content management systems.
