About the position

Seer Interactive is seeking a Paid Media Consultant who excels in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. This remote-first role focuses on leveraging big data to create effective media strategies and innovative creative recommendations for clients. The consultant will lead a team, drive client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Seer's Paid Media division by integrating various paid media channels and fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Seer's vision within Paid Media and drive excitement and integration of big data and automation.
• Develop and execute full-funnel Paid Media strategies across various channels including Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Lead a team of 4+ Paid Media SMEs, setting high standards for excellence and fostering team development.
• Drive creative innovation and synergy between divisions to enhance Performance Creative offerings.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships, demonstrating impact on their bottom line and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Create and maintain scalable processes to support the transformation towards big data and holistic strategy in Paid Media.
• Forecast industry changes and develop business requirements to maintain competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Paid Media campaigns across various industries and platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging channels like TikTok and Snapchat, and ability to pitch full-funnel strategies.
• Strong data-driven approach to Paid Media success.
• Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management and innovation testing.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
