As a Direct Support Professional at Starkey Inc., you will support individuals diagnosed with a disability in a group home setting. Your role will involve teaching, learning, and interacting with the persons served to help them reach their full potential. You will perform or assist individuals with personal hygiene and basic household duties. Additionally, you may participate in interactive activities such as local sporting events, Botanica Gardens, and Holiday Parties. This position includes paid overnight hours from 12a-6a, during which you may still be required to provide assistance.
