About the position

The Paid Search Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing, analyzing, and optimizing multiple Google Ads accounts within a digital advertising department. This role involves strategizing and managing SEM campaigns, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with a team to enhance campaign performance and achieve quantifiable improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, buy, and manage SEM campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Develop ad copy
  • Collaborate with the digital ads team to create new strategies
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends
  • Analyze GA4 data and recommend areas for improvement
  • Maximize ROI in paid search campaigns through data analysis
  • Track, report, and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns within Google Analytics
  • Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Expand and optimize paid keyword discovery
  • Create and execute Meta ad campaigns as necessary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with an e-commerce focused business in paid search
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators like CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
  • Expertise in using tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Google Analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and work with limited resources
  • Strong work ethic and passion for digital marketing
