About the position

As a Paid Search Media Manager at Philips in Cambridge, MA, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing B2B paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google and Bing. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your deep expertise in search engine advertising (SEA, SEM, PPC) to optimize campaign performance continuously. You will be part of an in-house digital campaign activation team, where your responsibilities will include translating business needs into actionable search marketing goals, conducting keyword research, and recommending optimal keyword sets tailored to various Philips Healthcare businesses and solutions. In this role, you will be tasked with determining KPI benchmarks, forming strategic search recommendations, and identifying performance drivers and detractors. Building strong relationships with search platform partners like Google and Bing will be essential, as you will need to stay updated on the latest search capabilities and help define the B2B paid search roadmap for Philips Healthcare. You will manage multiple paid search campaigns end-to-end, including setup, testing, optimization, and reporting, ensuring that all campaigns align with business objectives and are executed with high quality and timeliness. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to increase search impression share and enhance online performance across the North America region. You will create detailed paid search plans that align with business objectives and campaign briefs, translating business KPIs into channel-specific KPIs. This role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run successful B2B paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
  • Translate business needs into search marketing goals.
  • Manage keyword research and recommend optimal keyword sets relevant to Philips Healthcare businesses.
  • Determine KPI benchmarks and form search recommendations including formats, tactics, and spend levels.
  • Build relationships with search platform partners to understand and test the latest search capabilities.
  • Manage multiple paid search campaigns end-to-end, including setup, testing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Create detailed paid search plans in line with business objectives and campaign briefs.
  • Translate business KPIs into channel KPIs and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end paid search campaigns, preferably B2B.
  • Strong individual contribution and collaboration skills within a larger team of paid media and digital campaign professionals.
  • Experience in managing search advertising strategy, budget management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong skills in campaign analysis and reporting, with effective stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Search Ads 360 (SA360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Analytics (GA), and Google Search Console.
  • Strong campaign data analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, or PR preferred.
  • Tech/digital savvy with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong English language skills; knowledge of other languages is valuable for campaign optimization.
