The Paid Search Specialist at TelyRx LLC is responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. This mid-level role is crucial for shaping the company's advertising strategy, focusing on campaign performance and budget management. The specialist will work with both established and emerging platforms to drive conversions and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on established platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, YouTube, MNTN, and TikTok, as well as emerging platforms like Snapchat, Criteo, Pinterest, Post Pilot, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct performance analysis using A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling ad content that adheres to platform-specific best practices.
• Oversee advertising budgets across platforms to ensure efficient utilization in meeting strategic objectives.
• Continuously explore and assess new ad opportunities and technologies for potential inclusion in the advertising mix.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improving ad performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on established platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube, MNTN, TikTok) and emerging platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, Criteo, Post Pilot, LinkedIn).
• Expertise in campaign performance analysis and optimization, including A/B testing and audience targeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments.
• Experience in ad budget management with a track record of driving successful, cost-effective campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
