About the position

The Paid Search Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and measuring digital growth strategies aimed at generating new leads and acquiring customers. This position involves developing and managing a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to enhance the company's web presence and drive loan volume.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Bing including keyword research, bidding strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Assist with day-to-day relationship management with external vendors/agencies related to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROAS.
  • Conduct continuous market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage and monitor campaigns to identify key trends and recommend optimization techniques.
  • Oversee campaign marketing asset development to ensure brand consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand campaign-specific goals and audience segmentation.
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for key business stakeholders.
  • Track budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with digital paid advertising platforms/tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, and Adroll.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, services, and concepts including web analytics and content management systems.
  • Effective project and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, proactive, and tech-savvy.
  • Team player able to work collaboratively across departments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
