About the position

As a Paid Social Manager at Green Line Digital, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients' paid social media strategies. This remote position is designed for candidates residing in the US, and it emphasizes the importance of being an extension of our clients' teams. Your primary responsibility will be to solve complex digital marketing challenges by leveraging data and technology, ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing goals effectively. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of your clients' businesses, staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes. You will organize and manage workflows, coordinating with your team to develop strategies, manage paid social budgets, and execute optimization and analysis tasks. Reporting on performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement will be crucial aspects of your job. As a leader and day-to-day liaison for all things related to paid social, you will focus on strategy development, execution, and optimization of our clients' paid social activities. Collaboration with agency partners will be essential to develop long-term paid social strategies. You will manage budgets and provide regular forecasting updates, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your ability to effectively communicate paid social processes and tactics to peers, clients, and account team members will be vital for success in this position. You will compile industry research, landscape information, and platform intelligence to inform strategy development and optimization. Staying abreast of new developments and opportunities in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, and Pinterest will be necessary to incorporate innovative tactics into ongoing campaign management. You will also act as the point person for strategic paid social initiatives, developing and following a test-and-learn approach with a keen eye for ad creative.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a leader and day-to-day liaison for all things Paid Social, internally and externally
  • Focus on the strategy development, execution, and optimization of our client's Paid Social activities
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop the long-term Paid Social strategy
  • Manage budgets and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Effectively communicate Paid Social processes and tactics to peers, clients, and account team members
  • Compile industry research, industry landscape information, and platform intelligence for Paid Social strategy development and optimization
  • Stay abreast of new paid social developments and opportunities in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, etc., and incorporate into ongoing campaign management
  • Leverage new tactics & industry best practices to ensure our client remains a leader in paid social
  • Act as point person for strategic paid social initiatives
  • Develop and follow a test-and-learn approach, with a keen eye for ad creative

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of Paid Social experience
  • Strong presentation and people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a remote work environment
