In this role, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategies and media management for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving revenue growth and a unique perspective gained from experience in-house, understanding the needs of sales and marketing teams for quality leads, process optimization, and technology integration. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance current marketing and business practices. The Paid Social Manager will also be expected to maintain and update paid social campaigns and overall marketing reporting, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with client goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients, including account strategy development, setup, and overall campaign management.
  • Manage paid campaigns directly in social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Twitter/X.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including budget pacing and optimization.
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team.
  • Manage multiple projects, drive them to completion, and deliver effective results.
  • Maintain and update paid social campaigns and overall marketing reporting.
  • Use and recommend social management software like Sprout and Falcon.io.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of paid social experience.
  • Prior experience managing budgets on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter for clients.
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights, recommendations, and optimizations.
  • In-depth experience managing campaigns within LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
  • Experience managing budgets against defined target goals on CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
  • B2B experience is a plus with an understanding of sales lifecycle stages.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience providing creative direction on social channels while working with design teams.
  • Experience with social media A/B testing.
  • Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multi-touchpoint attribution measurement.
  • Familiarity with social management software like Sprout and Falcon.io.
