About the position

The Paid Social Manager at Hanna Andersson is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for the company's in-house paid social program. This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition and enhancing brand loyalty through creative and strategic management of paid social channels. The manager will analyze performance data, collaborate with various teams, and develop engaging ad content to captivate the audience, ultimately aiming to elevate the brand's impact and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy with a focus on driving new customer acquisition.
  • Own day-to-day channel management, including bid and budget optimization, creative launches, audience building, testing, targeting, and reporting.
  • Manage the paid social budget to maximize revenue and hit KPIs, leveraging historical data and the marketing calendar.
  • Evaluate campaign data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive growth.
  • Report on paid social performance in weekly and monthly meetings, making recommendations to optimize based on data.
  • Develop a testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structure, sharing learnings with the digital team.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs and build relationships with the creative team to create engaging ads that drive performance.
  • Lead monthly creative performance meetings with the brand team and other channel leads, showcasing top and bottom-performing concepts and recommending new tests.
  • Collaborate with organic social and influencer teams to share learnings and develop best practices.
  • Work with partners to stay updated on best practices and explore new platform opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social with responsibility for channel strategy, campaign execution, and budget management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Looker, and proficiency in Excel to measure performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Understanding of other digital marketing channels including paid search, display, direct mail, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with influencer, organic social, and creative teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
