About the position

The Paid Social Manager position at d.Luxury Brands is a full-time remote role that reports directly to the Director of Paid Media. d.Luxury is a rapidly growing strategic consulting firm based in Los Angeles, focused on empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting the traditional agency model. The firm specializes in sophisticated strategic advisory, fundraising, and high-caliber service-based marketing support. The team is composed of experts in various fields including Marketing, Creative, Technology, Social Media, and Supply Chain, and is looking for passionate individuals to join their dynamic environment. In this role, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for executing a best-in-class acquisition strategy across paid social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. This includes leading audience and messaging strategies, managing media budgets, and forecasting channel efficiency. The manager will work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive growth by efficiently scaling paid social media through rigorous testing and optimization. The position requires a strong focus on ROI and ROAS performance metrics, with real-time optimization of spend being a critical aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in paid media, a proven track record of achieving impressive results, and the ability to inspire brands. Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of paid social are essential for success in this position. The role also involves synthesizing data, analyzing results, and optimizing key findings to meet business goals and objectives, while managing the budget forecast and spend phasing throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the overall paid social media buying acquisition strategy, including planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer retention.
  • Uncover consumer audience insights and present actionable recommendations based on consumer engagement and search behavior.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain communication and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor media spend daily to identify opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Define main KPIs, create tracking reports, and discuss optimization opportunities in weekly meetings.
  • Synthesize data and analyze results to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Manage budget forecasts and spending phasing throughout the year.
  • Support new client auditing with business development across paid media channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid social media planning and execution.
  • Expert understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads marketing channels and tools.
  • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Advanced customer-centric analytical skills with a strategic focus on impacting ROI and ROAS.
  • Multi-functional project management and strategy development skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to execute rapidly in an unstructured environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional analytics tools beyond Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies.
