Renuity is searching for a Paid Social Manager to help develop and implement a paid social strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, integrating superior performance across all business units. This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office, working Monday through Friday with some hybrid flexibility. The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for building a paid social channel starting with our Home Organization business, aiming to match or exceed the performance of top social lead generation partners. The role involves automating redundant tasks to increase efficiency and utilizing AI and curated seed images/videos for content and ad creation. The manager will streamline ad creation using internal or third-party tools to maximize scale and minimize costs, while also integrating email, website, SMS, and phone channels into the lead flow process. In addition, the Paid Social Manager will develop reporting and insights for the paid social channel to guide the team and inform stakeholders. They will create a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) system and content strategy to optimize lead quality and flow, implement A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT) for optimization and personalized lead flow, and develop customer cluster models to target positive clusters while reducing investment in negative ones. The role also requires the use of automation tools to keep ads fresh and maximize conversions, combining identity resolution solutions with first-party data to enhance customer models. The goal is to achieve over 10% of total sales from the channel by year-end while maintaining cost efficiency, applying growth hacking principles to improve channels beyond paid social.
