About the position

The Paid Social Manager at Movement Strategy is responsible for managing a diverse range of clients in the eCommerce and Consumer Packaged Goods (CP&G) sectors. This role involves planning, trafficking, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across various channels to meet and exceed client business goals. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in paid media buying, stay updated on platform trends, and possess a strong aptitude for data analysis, collaborating closely with Data and Insights and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns with various goals such as conversion, traffic-to-site, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, proactively communicating any issues that arise.
  • Ensure quality written and verbal communication of paid media tactics and results.
  • Review plans and apply learned insights to create best-in-class campaign executions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of full-time experience managing paid media campaigns at an agency or in-house, including platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and/or Programmatic.
  • Experience with full funnel buying across platforms including both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
  • Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a track record for taking initiative.
