About the position

Goldbelly is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing efforts across Meta and TikTok. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and staying updated on industry trends to enhance campaign performance and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all of Goldbelly's paid social advertising campaigns on Meta & TikTok.
• Develop growth strategies, build & optimize campaigns, and track & report KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align campaigns with business goals.
• Work with the internal creative team and external content creators to develop winning ad creatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage data models to make recommendations on paid social budgets and campaign goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to improve planned activities.
• Maintain relationships with advertising platform representatives for support and strategy updates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid social marketing channels, specifically Meta and TikTok.
• Direct experience managing large budgets, media buying, optimization, and strategic planning.
• Deep familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and funnel metrics.
• Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data-driven decision making.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing, ROI, incrementality, and measurement frameworks.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
