The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media strategies that align with client goals. This role involves managing social campaigns across various platforms, monitoring budgets, and providing performance reports. The specialist will collaborate with creative teams to ensure effective campaign execution and will work in a vibrant, dog-friendly office culture with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms
  • Rework social media strategies based on client budget changes
  • Collaborate with creative teams for campaign asset needs
  • Schedule and launch campaigns to go live
  • Monitor pacing and budgets to prevent overspending
  • Compile reports and offer actionable insights
  • Adjust metrics to meet client KPIs
  • Maintain and optimize tracking pixels and UTM tags

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency digital media management experience
  • Expertise managing paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
  • Strong understanding of social media channels and tools
  • Paid social advertising experience
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience
