About the position

The Paid Social & YouTube Media Manager at GetYourGuide is a pivotal role within the brand marketing team, responsible for executing and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. This position involves planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns to meet key performance indicators, while also collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution and alignment with brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize display advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google/YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Develop tracking & trafficking processes with external and internal stakeholders to ensure performance tracking is in place in display channels.
  • Brainstorm, implement and execute testing plans to optimize business goals in display channels.
  • Use ads managers and reporting suites in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting campaign data.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of display campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration on campaign execution.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across display campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for brand strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience in Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Experience in A/B Testing from ideation & development through reporting & insight collection.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset to contribute to ad creative development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
