About the position
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will join a leading provider of hospital-based pain management centers, focusing on outpatient care in the Transfer, PA area. This role involves working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment, leading staff, and making clinical decisions to provide effective pain management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work independently as the sole provider in an outpatient pain clinic.
- Lead staff and make clinical decisions regarding patient care.
- Implement robust quality metrics related to procedure outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Tailor the use of medication, physical therapy, and interventional procedures to treat acute and chronic pain.
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Ability to work part-time, 3 days per week.
- Experience in pain management preferred but not required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in interventional pain management.
Benefits
