About the position
The Pain Management Radiology Technician will work in three pain management clinics, providing support during interventional radiology procedures. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient care and equipment functionality.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate conventional fluoroscopic equipment during procedures.
- Assist the physician during interventional radiology procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills in patient care.
- Create and maintain patient medical records.
- Maintain quantity and quality control checks to meet federal and state guidelines.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
Requirements
- Current ARRT Certification in Radiography.
- AZ state license for radiology.
- BLS certification (AHA).
- 1 or more years of experience in interventional radiology.
- Knowledge of EMR systems.
Benefits
