Paint Cell Operator- 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Paint Cell Operator position at Cincinnati Thermal Spray, Inc. involves managing the entire paint process, ensuring quality and safety in the application of coatings. Responsibilities

• Cleans parts and applies various types of masking to prevent overspray.
• Grit blasts parts to clean, mechanically strip, or prepare for coating application.
• Applies dry film lubricants and paints to hardware.
• Unmasks and cleans parts after coating or peening in preparation for shipment or subsequent operations.
• Follows technical documents, drawings, blueprints, and/or plans to perform these functions.
• Performs other tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be a U.S. Person pursuant to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Ability to provide valid identification such as a U.S. Passport or Green Card.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work either 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am).

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and/or aerospace environments.
