The successful candidate will be part of a rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality painting services to general contractors and property managers. The ideal candidate will have a sales-minded approach, demonstrating leadership and the ability to manage a motivated team effectively. In this role, the Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for promoting the company's services, particularly to general contractors and property managers. This includes bidding on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K. The candidate will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. A hands-on approach is essential, as the candidate will be expected to lead by example and be a reliable resource for their team. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator, with specific experience in commercial painting being a must. The candidate should be proficient in Planswift or equivalent software, and possess the ability to understand and present the company's products and services effectively. Utilizing technology to enhance client service is also a key aspect of this role.
