This position requires a sales-minded leader with experience in the commercial paint industry, capable of promoting services to general contractors and property managers while leading a motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Act as a hands-on and reliable leader

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
• Specific experience in commercial painting required
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
