About the position

The Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator role involves overseeing and managing commercial painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires a sales-minded leader with experience in the commercial paint industry, responsible for promoting services, bidding on projects, and leading project teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
• Specific experience in commercial painting required
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
