As a Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for promoting the company's services to general contractors and property managers, as well as bidding on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K. This role requires a hands-on approach, providing leadership to project teams while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be expected to utilize technology effectively to enhance client service and improve project outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
  • Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
