This position offers a competitive salary range of $80K to $150K and is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or Estimator in the commercial painting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and estimating commercial painting projects, particularly those exceeding $500K. This role requires a sales-minded leader who can effectively promote the company's services to general contractors and property managers, ensuring that the company maintains its reputation for quality and reliability in the industry. As a Paint Project Manager, you will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be expected to be a hands-on and reliable leader, guiding your team through the various stages of project execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with a strong understanding of commercial painting processes and the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service. Proficiency in software such as On-Center or Planswift is also required.
