The position of Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator is a pivotal role within a well-respected and established Commercial Paint Contractor. The role requires a blend of project management and estimating skills, particularly in commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's services to general contractors and property managers, ensuring that the projects are bid accurately and competitively. In this role, the Project Manager/Estimator will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. A hands-on approach is essential, as the candidate will need to be a reliable leader who can motivate and guide their team through various project phases. The position also demands proficiency in relevant software such as On-Center and Planswift, as well as the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service and project delivery. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
