This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join a rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a sales-minded leader with a strong background in the Commercial Paint industry, ready to manage a motivated team and drive project success. The role requires a proactive approach to promoting company services to General Contractors and property managers, as well as bidding on commercial and light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K. As a Paint Project Manager, you will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to be a hands-on and reliable leader, capable of understanding and presenting the company's products and services to clients. The position demands proficiency in relevant software such as On-Center and Planswift, as well as specific experience in commercial painting. The successful candidate will also need to utilize technology to enhance client service and project management processes.
