The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing painting projects that exceed $500K, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team of dedicated professionals in the commercial paint industry. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be expected to promote the company's services to general contractors and property managers, effectively communicating the value and quality of the services offered. You will lead project teams, providing hands-on leadership and support to ensure that all team members are motivated and working towards common goals. The role requires a sales-minded leader who can understand and present the company's products and services effectively, utilizing technology to enhance client service and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in commercial painting. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is essential for success in this position.
