The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing painting projects that exceed $500K, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be expected to promote the company's services to general contractors and property managers, effectively communicating the value and quality of the services offered. The role requires a sales-minded leader who can understand and present the company's products and services effectively, utilizing technology to enhance client service and project delivery.
