A hands-on approach is essential, as the candidate will be expected to be a reliable leader who can guide their team through various project phases. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with specific experience in commercial painting being a must. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is also required. The candidate must possess the ability to understand and present the company's products and services effectively, utilizing technology to enhance client service and project delivery.
