As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The position demands a hands-on and reliable leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve project goals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial paint industry, specifically in project management or estimating. Proficiency in software such as On-Center or Planswift is essential, as is the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service and project delivery.
