In this role, you will provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Being a hands-on and reliable leader is crucial, as you will be expected to guide your team through various stages of project execution. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with specific experience in commercial painting being a requirement. Proficiency in software such as On-Center or Planswift is also essential, as technology plays a significant role in enhancing client service and project management.
