You will bid on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K, providing leadership to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. As a hands-on leader, you will be expected to guide your team effectively, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The position requires a deep understanding of commercial painting processes and the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service. You will be expected to leverage your experience and knowledge to present products and services effectively, ensuring that clients are well-informed and satisfied with the solutions provided. Responsibilities

  • Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
  • Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
