The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with a strong understanding of the products and services offered in the industry. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is essential, as is specific experience in commercial painting. The role demands a self-motivated individual who can utilize technology to enhance client service and ensure project success.
