The position of Senior Project Manager/Estimator in the Commercial Paint industry offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected and established Commercial Paint Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a motivated team while promoting the company's services to General Contractors and property managers. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful bidding and execution of commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K. As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will be expected to provide leadership to project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be a hands-on leader, actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the projects, and will utilize your expertise to enhance client service through technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial painting processes and the ability to present products and services effectively to clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator OR Project Manager
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Proficiency in On-Center, Planswift, or similar software
  • Specific experience in commercial painting required
  • Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
