You will bid on commercial and light industrial painting projects that exceed $500K, providing leadership to project teams and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be expected to lead by example and be a reliable resource for your team. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with specific experience in commercial painting being essential. Proficiency in software such as On-Center or Planswift is necessary to enhance client service and streamline project management processes. The successful candidate will possess the ability to understand and present the company's products and services clearly, ensuring that clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
