Leadership is a key component of this role, as you will provide guidance to project teams and be a hands-on, reliable leader throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager, with specific experience in commercial painting. Proficiency in software such as On-Center, Planswift, or similar tools is essential, as is the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service. This position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, has a solid work ethic, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
